What it does
Missed-call text-back.
Can’t pick up? The caller gets a text from your business number saying you’ll call them back, instead of hearing nothing.
Appointment reminders.
A text before each appointment, with the day, the time and your number. Customers can reply to confirm or to ask for another time.
Review requests.
After a job, a short thank-you text with a link to your Google reviews. It goes to your real customers, and every one of them gets the same ask.
Two-way texting.
When a customer texts back, the reply comes straight to you, and onto their timeline if you have the CRM. Answer from your phone or the computer.
Your Twilio account, your number.
The texts go out through Twilio, a texting and calling service, on an account in your business’s name. We set it up and manage it. Twilio bills you directly for the messages and the phone number; our monthly fee for running it all is separate.
The rules, handled.
Customers have to agree to get texts from you first, and anyone can reply STOP to opt out. US carriers also require business texting to be registered (it’s called A2P 10DLC). We do that registration for you; approval is up to the carriers.

A monthly add-on to Basic or Plus, or to the website you already have. Tell us what you need and we’ll give you the price before anything is set up. Twilio bills you separately for the messages and your number.
Questions.
Can I keep my business number?
Often, yes. Depending on your phone company, we can move your number over to Twilio, or send the calls you miss on to a new local number. We go through the options with you before anything changes.
When can texts start?
Once the carriers approve your registration. That part is up to them, not us. We send it in, keep an eye on it, and tell you when it’s approved.
